Do you provide the truck as well as the crew?
Yes. Crews can be booked on their own or combined with one of our trucks — from light pickups to covered box trucks. Tell dispatch what the move involves and the quote will include the right vehicle only if you need one.
What happens if something is damaged during the move?
Crews wrap and protect every item before it moves, and jobs are handled by trained, supervised staff. Any concerns raised on the day are logged with dispatch and resolved through the quote-and-receipt record kept for every job.
How many crew members will you send?
It depends on the load. A typical household move runs two to four carriers; heavy single items like pianos or safes may need more. Describe the move when you request a quote and dispatch will size the crew.
Do you handle stairs and difficult access?
Yes — stairs, narrow passages, gate runs and apartment lifts are part of the job. Mention access at both ends when you request the quote so the right crew size arrives.
Do you move offices as well as homes?
